  • In high season, stay for a minimum of 6 days
  • Advance payment from 200 PLN – up to 800 PLN, depending on the date of stay (the amount is determined by the owner). Payment of the agreed amount within 7 days.
  • In the title of the advance payment, please enter the date of stay and the type of room. Please note that the remaining payment must be made in cash or by card on the spot, upon arrival.
  • We do not refund the deposit. In the event of resignation from the services, the entire deposit is not refundable (Legal basis “Tourism Act” of 04/12/19).
  • The person making the reservation and making the advance payment declares that they have read the regulations.
  • If no payment is made within the agreed period, your booking will be automatically canceled without further notice.
  • Change of the date of stay is possible only 30 days in advance. The change is connected with an additional payment of PLN 200.
  • We accept payment cards.

VAT invoices per company

From January 1, 2020, it will be possible to issue an invoice for the receipt only if the buyer’s tax identification number is entered on the receipt. Please inform the company about the need to issue an invoice to the company before making the advance payment, so that it is possible to enter the buyer’s NIP number on the receipt or issue an advance invoice! It is not possible to correct the receipt after it has been issued. Legal basis: art. 106b paragraph. 5-7 of the VAT Act.

On May 25, 2018, the GDPR, i.e. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals and on the free movement of such data, came into force throughout the European Union. The directive being introduced is primarily aimed at the protection of personal data and the transparency of their processing. Therefore, we decided to familiarize you with our Privacy Policy adapted to the requirements of the GDPR.
In the Privacy Policy of Villa Resorts, we have included all the most important information about the processing and protection of personal data of our clients.

  • Tourist tax is collected on site: PLN 2 per person / day.
  • In the high season, a minimum stay of 6 days, advance payment from PLN 200 to PLN 800 depending on the date of stay.
  • Telephone booking, booking, website.
  • Children up to 4 years old stay free of charge, above the full price for the stay.
  • Only one child up to 4 years old sleeping with parents on the bed free of charge with two paying persons.
  • Each room is equipped with a TV set, kettle, fridge and cups.
  • Wi-Fi wireless internet.
  • Option to order a box diet (the diet must be ordered at least 1 day before arrival).
  • Massages in the guest room on request (by appointment).
  • Free parking.
  • Travel cot PLN 15 a day (prior reservation required).
  • Children’s playground outside.
  • We redeem tourist vouchers.
  • We accept small animals.
  • The day starts at 3 p.m. and ends at 11 a.m. the next day.
  • Buffet breakfast 8.00-10.30.
  • One cleaning on request during the stay for a minimum of 7 days with free towel change, the next for an additional fee / PLN 30.
  • Daily towel change PLN 8 per set (2 pcs).

Attention pet owners

People with dogs are welcome in our facility. However, for our common comfort and out of respect for other guests, please respect the following rules:

  • the dog cannot stay in the room unattended,
  • the dog cannot sleep in the bed,
  • please do not come with dogs to the dining room,
  • in common areas, the dog must be kept on a leash,
  • Price for a dog’s stay: PLN 10 / day

Compliance with these rules will allow all of us to spend a pleasant holiday in our facility.

Regulations of the "Buy Voucher" service

1. Introductory Provisions

The purchase of the Voucher takes place via the order form on the website www.villaresorts.pl and it is as follows:
1. The Customer is given the option to choose the Quota Vouchers offered, which are presented on the website www.villaresorts.pl in the Kup Voucher tab.
2. After selecting the type of Voucher, the Customer fills in a form in which he fills in his personal data and details of the recipient and provides the address to which the Voucher is to be sent (e-mail or delivery address).
3. After entering this information, the Customer may pay the entire amount for the Voucher by making a bank transfer. The data for the transfer will be sent by a separate e-mail after placing the order. The customer receives an e-mail confirmation of the initial purchase of the Voucher, which will be Confirmed AFTER the payment of the entire amount. The booking is kept as Initial for 48 hours from the moment of booking and may be canceled if the amount for the purchase of the Voucher is not received within this time. After the payment, the Customer will receive an email confirming the Purchase of the Voucher.
4. After the entire amount for the Voucher has been paid, the hotel will send the Voucher to the address provided in the form, which is valid for use for the period specified in the regulations from the date of purchase. The recipient will contact the hotel to arrange the date of using the Voucher (making a reservation and using the stay within the time specified on the Voucher from the date of purchase).
5. The Ordering Party will receive a confirmation of payment for the Voucher by e-mail to the address provided in the form.
6. The voucher may be used at the Hotel if it has free places on the date selected by the Customer. In the case of occupied places on the selected date, the Hotel will propose other available dates on the date specified in the Voucher.
7. If the amount of stay of the Gifted Person is higher than the amount of the Voucher ordered, the Client will be asked to pay the difference on the spot at the Hotel. If the Gifted Person under the received amount Voucher books a stay in an amount lower than the amount of the Voucher, the difference will have to be used by the Customer during his stay as part of the services offered by the Hotel.
8. The Voucher may be used only once – the Voucher cannot be used for several implementations, eg several stays within the amount selected by the Ordering Person.
9. The amount of the Voucher cannot be converted into cash, either in whole or in part.
10. The period of validity of the Voucher may not be extended, and failure to use the Voucher by the Gifted Person may not constitute grounds for any claims against the Hotel.
11. The hotel is not responsible for lost or damaged Vouchers.
12. The vouchers may also be used in the Restaurant, but only after fulfilling the obligation to check in at the Hotel Reception.

2. Cancellation of the Voucher

1. In the case of resignation from the use of the Voucher or cancellation of its purchase after the payment is made, 100% of the amount paid remains at the Hotel. Any Cancellation of the Voucher entails the loss of the full amount for its purchase.
2. If it is not possible to use the Voucher within the time limit specified in the regulations, the Gifted Person may transfer the Voucher for use to another person, keeping the Voucher redemption date specified when purchasing it. This can only be done after prior contact with the Hotel reception and after receiving an e-mail confirmation from the reception.

3. Final Arrangements

1. The customer is responsible for the correct completion of the data in the booking form. The hotel is not responsible for incorrect completion of the data form by the customer.
4. The hotel day starts at 15:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 on the day of departure.

4. Personal Data

When making a Voucher Reservation, the Reserving Party agrees to place his personal data in the database of the website and the Hotel. These data will be used only to enable the full Reservation process and marketing purposes in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptance of the Terms & Conditions

Selecting the option I have read the Terms & Conditions means that the Customer understands and agrees to the conditions contained therein. Failure to accept the Terms & Conditions will result in the inability to make a Reservation.
